I went to Glen Burnie High School and was a member of the 1999 State Champion Baseball Team. Coached varsity baseball at GBHS and still play, myself, in an adult league here in Maryland. The baseball season can be very taxing on your body and mind. Keeping your body healthy during the season and preparing your mind for the upcoming season is very important to your success and longevity.
Nutrition
Where it all stats
Nutrition is the most importing aspect when it comes to athletic performance and health. I was over 400LBS and now have lost over 200LBS due to my understanding of Nutrition, that I was not aware of as a young man. If you want better endurance and performance, it starts with what you eat.
Types of Training
Tee work, soft toss, Catching, (Blocking, Throwing, Framing) Pitching & Fielding

Breaking down the fundamentals with Tee work and Soft toss. Using different variations.

Pitching mechanics and leg drive. Blocking drills, Framing drills, Body placement, Foot work and giving signs.
